  • Maintain full set of accounting records and book keeping including day to day operational accounting function
  • Responsible for full spectrum of GL functions, including preparation of audit schedules such as fixed assets, prepayments, accruals and deferred revenue
  • Prepare monthly revenue reconciliation report
  • Responsible for monthly inter-company reconciliation
  • Perform other duties assigned by management
Experience and Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience preferably with good knowledge and skill in reconciliation and preparation of audit schedule
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer, MS Office skills and Quickbooks Online
  • Experience in preparation and submission of VAT/GST tax returns

Operations
Who we are looking for

Spacemob is looking for a talented and passionate Operations Manager. This full time position will report directly to the Head of Operations.

We believe in empowering our members in every way so as to build and preserve our culture of of inspiring every Spacemob members and employees. The Operations Manager will play a key role in helping to fostering and improving that culture by being the face and host of our space.




  Goals and Objectives
  • Ensure that the space is fully operational and processes are running smoothly
  • Help develop standard operating procedures
  • Drive growth and promotion of Spacemob provided service offerings
  • Create a collaborative community environment amongst our members through events and building relationships between members
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Be the first & last contact point of the space
  • Welcome & facilitate onboard & checkin for members & guests
  • Assist with building operations and maintenance to ensure highest level of member experience
  • Work on community initiatives designed to develop connections between members, including member introductions, event support, email and print communications
  • Introduce the space to the guests coming for tour
  • Be active on the Spacemob Member Circles (i.e. network)
  • Solve member related issues to ensure a cohesive community
  • Assist with move ins and move outs; prepare and distribute member welcome packets
  • Manage various member & guest access rights the space
  • Ensuring the building is clean and well kept
  • Manage inventories for consumables
  • Identify and locate new vendors (i.e. cleaning services, pantry suppliers, etc.). Manage and maintain vendor relations.
  • Mail and Package responsibilities as needed
Experience and Requirements
  • College graduate with Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Customer service, sales and/or hospitality experience is a plus
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa (If based in Jakarta)
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

We’re looking for a General Manager in Indonesia, to build our coworking space operation from the ground up! If you want to be part of an ambitious startup that builds foundations for businesses, then we want you. Responsibilities of the role:

It’d be great if you had the following job experience:
  • Deep involvement in the current startup and new business eco system
  • Experience managing a team, preferably in a hospitality or space management environmen
  • Knowledge on new business processes and facilities requirements for companies
  • Great interpersonal skills in a customer facing capacity
  • Strong business acumen, with a demonstrative ability to pursue new revenue channels, alongside growing the existing customer base
  • Hospitality & property revenue management experience or real estate property management experience not required, but would be a plus



Engineering
Who we are looking for

We want an engineering genius. A technical wonderkid. A code geek. We want someone who wants to build advanced and technically sophisticated products to unify the off-and-online experience of a tech-first coworking space. It’s a difficult job, but you musn’t be afraid.

The work will take you through all sorts of experiences involving API development, where integration with payment gateways, door locking systems, beacons, and every possible gadget in our coworking space, needs to take place. Not difficult enough for you? You’ll also need to create applications that Spacemob members around the world will use to manage their membership, no matter which office they choose to work from.

Most importantly, we want you to be passionate about what you do. We want you to be flexible enough to learn fast and work through details, but also have great resolve in solving difficult problems and being ultra reliable. But above everything we want you to build products with us, as a team of great technical talent who share experiences, and do great work together.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for the Product Designer who will get nervous if you’re not sketching concepts, tweaking flows or polishing the designs that represent the big-thinking work. You love to communicate and share things with people.

You will work with the cross-function team to understand our members, to provide the design solution to the team based on real-world user feedback.

  Resposibility

You'll work closely with engineering, operation, and business team to find best solutions to design challenges.


  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design patterns
  • Present and define visual design elements and libraries and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience designing at a big scale consumer-centric product, such as social, e-commerce products. Understand what it takes to create awesome, consumer-oriented experiences
  • 5+ years of experience designing Web and iOS, Android App
  • BS/MS in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or related
  • You have a people-focused design mentality, and you are constantly looking to optimize your design through user feedback through user research, or A/B test
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and mockups.Solid visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • Proven UI experience and demonstrable UI design skills. Solid experience in Sketch App, Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools such as InVision
